Summary: Service was just ok and pullout bed had dirty sheets and an empty bottle of rum in it! We weren’t given bedding for the pullout bed. Had to ask for it. When we went to make up the bed there was an empty rum bottle sitting right there on the dirty sheets! I was so shocked. Priced no one cleaned the bed/sheets! Layer we asked for coffee supplies and creamer because there was only one cup, 2 creamers and one coffee ground package when we arrived. One bottle of water too. For FOUR people! I called twice but no one ever came to give us the supplies. Asked for pool towels because they were out when visiting the pool. Asked twice. Never got them. Instead they eventually brought us bathroom towels. Never pool towels. Finally, when checking out i noticed a $10 drink charge from the bar! Um.,. I do not drink, and my three kids certainly do not. That was a mistake OR someone charged it to OUR room! I contested that charge. It was not ours. Overall the hotel was not very nice, although I was expecting a nicer place and certainly better service and a clean bed (w/o dirty sheets and liquor bottles) for the high price I paid for this hotel. I doubt I’ll be back.
