Our quiet, historic lakeside neighborhood offers the perfect setting for a family gathering, with ample room for everyone to spread out and multiple indoor and outdoor spaces to come together for wholesome, old-fashioned togetherness.

The first floor of the house greets you with a breathtaking view of Lake Erie and the iconic Lorain Lighthouse, which can be seen from the comfortable and spacious family room. The room is equipped with a large sectional sofa, an oversized rocker/recliner, and a glider chair, providing ample seating options for the whole family. You can lounge and enjoy your favorite shows or movies on the 65" Smart TV, while the electric fireplace adds a cozy touch during the cooler days on the North Coast.

The kitchen is ready for you to cook as much or little as you prefer with its modern appliances such as a microwave, stove, refrigerator/freezer, Instant Pot, and air fryer, plus a full set of dishes, glasses, and cooking utensils. While there is no dishwasher, disposable items are provided for convenient clean-up after your meals.

Continuing to the front of the house, you enter the charming Oak Room. This warm and inviting living space is equipped with a cozy sofa, bookshelf, and a second TV, providing you with numerous options for leisurely relaxation. Adjacent and open to the formal dining room with its seating for six, the Oak Room offers a fantastic location for hosting meals and get-togethers with loved ones.

The first bathroom offers a stand-up shower, toilet, and sink and sits between the dining area and the first-floor sleeping room, The Bunk Room.

The Bunk Room has two twin bunk beds, sleeps two, and has plenty of space to store your belongings during your stay— including any reading materials you may have brought along to read during your time at the beach.

On the second floor, you will find the breathtaking Sun Deck that is accessible both inside and from the rear of the house outside. There are Adirondack and lounge chairs to take in the views, and it's a great place to catch some sun rays during the day, stellar sunsets in the evening, and stars or lights from Cedar Point at night.

Off the Sun Deck, a kitchenette offers a mini fridge and sink to keep beverages convenient no matter where you decide to experience the outdoors. This hydration station is also next to the adults-only workout room with an elliptical, exercise bike, yoga mat, Malibu Pilates machine, and an inversion table.
