Enjoy every season that the Adirondacks has to offer in this 2,400 square foot two story house!
The main level offers a kitchen featuring granite countertops and stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher. The kitchen opens up into a large great room and dining area. The main level has two bedrooms and one full bath. Both bedrooms have a queen size bed.
In the walk out basement, there is recreation room with a pool table and foosball table. Appliances include a second fridge/freezer and a full size washer and dryer. There are two bedrooms and one full bath. One bedroom has a full size bed, the other has a full size futon and one set of twin bunk beds.
Enjoy the outdoors as well! Enjoy beautiful lake views with a cup of coffee off the large deck. The deck also offers a grill and large dining table with seating. Take a nap on the hammock and roast marshmallows in the large fire pit. There is 100ft of lakefront and a 30ft dock, which can easily accommodate roughly a 22ft power boat. Two kayaks, a paddleboat and a canoe are included for your use! The public beach is about 100 yards away. If you would like to rent a power boat, please contact Loon Lake Marina or EZ Marine and Storage.
The Adirondack Mountains is an amazing destination anytime of the year! Summer activities include hiking, biking, golfing, Adirondack Extreme, Six Flags Great Escape, Saratoga Race Track, and SPAC. Winter activities include hiking, downhill skiing/snowboarding at Gore Mountain or West Mountain, sledding at Dynamite Hill, North Warren snowmobile trail system, ice fishing, Winter Carnivals in Lake George and Brant Lake.
