Private lakefront bliss in Chestertown, NY. Stay lakeside for the Belmont Festival in Saratoga. Less than 1 hour to the races, Adirondack serenity for sunrise and sunset. Modern lake house filled with many amenities. Beautiful vaulted ceilings, full kitchen with stainless appliances, all utensils and cookware including a dishwasher. Two full modern baths, washer and dryer. Three bedrooms including; master suite with a queen bed, another bedroom with a full sized bed and a children's bunk room that sleeps five. Enjoy morning coffee with gorgeous lake views on the screened in porch or enjoy game night at the farm table while listening to the call of the loons. Private beach with fire pit and a 24' dock. Explore the lake with use of paddle boat, paddle board and children's kayaks. You can also enjoy games on the lawn overlooking the lake or use the grill to cook your catch of the day. This is our family home so please treat it as you would your own home. We can not stress enough no smoking or pets.
