This newly renovated, 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is centrally located to shopping and restaurants, with short commutes to local hospitals and FLETC, yet it's nestled in a picturesque, quiet neighborhood. It is pet-friendly with a fully-fenced yard. There is a dedicated workspace with a computer desk and chair, which is perfect if you work from home.
You are centrally located to everything the Golden Isles has to offer; shopping, restaurants, thrift stores and just 15/20 minutes to the islands. There is also high speed wifi for those that need to work remotely or just like to stream your favorite movies and TV shows.
Other things to note:
All reservations are charged a $50 processing fee. This fee is non-refundable, even if the reservation is cancelled.
Anything other than a regular vehicle may be prohibited or may not fit on the property. If you plan to bring a trailer, motorcycle, boat or any other commercial or recreational vehicle, please inquire with the host about whether this is allowed.
Please consider purchasing travel insurance for your trip. This may cover you for instances of medical emergencies or inclement weather. We unfortunately can’t offer refunds for these types of situations so we want to ensure you’ve properly covered yourself.
Pack N Play and strollers available upon request for $15 each for the duration of your stay. Please notify us at least 1 day in advance if you would like to rent them so we can ensure they are delivered prior to your arrival.
Linens are provided for your stay along with a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, body wash and laundry pods. They will not be replenished during your stay so make sure to bring some extras if you need!
For stays of 30 nights or more, we will collect a $750 refundable security deposit.
House Rules:
Smoking is not allowed. $2,000 minimum fee for smoking inside the house.
Quite hours are 8pm to 8am. Violation of county ordinance will result in immediate eviction without refund.
No loud music. No parties. No parking on the lawn.
There will be a $75 minimum charge for any missing remotes, including ceiling fan, and TV remotes.
Maximum of 2 pets.
