Summary: Kevin was very nice and helpful. The location is super amazing, you can walk right downtown to the lake or grab a coffee just around the corner. My son and I stayed here for the weekend. We were in the basement, very dark and the lighting was poor. There was a bed on the floor and one full bed in a separate room. The ductwork hangs pretty low. If you are tall, this is not for you. There is no lock from the entire house down to the basement, so we were in a shared space without security. I felt like the listing was misleading as it said entire house. The person staying upstairs was very nice, however, that was a surprise to me. The house needs quite a bit of updating and work, the yard was overgrown. Even some more lighting would help quite a bit. Not sure if this place is up to code due to the lack of egress in the basement. Luckily, we just needed a place to hang our hat at night. However, this was not a place to hang out beyond that. To finish up my complement sandwich, Kevin was very responsive and the location was ideal. Good parking.
