Summary: Location is walking distance of all the sights from the Zocalo to the Alameda. 7-11 across the street to buy water.The apt. has a big living/dining room.The small bedroom has a comfortable bed. It's on the 4th floor and opens to a lounge area on the roof. We kept the windows closed and ceiling fans on in the day due to the heat and street noise. There was only one dull knife among the cutlery so it was difficult to cut food for cooking.It's my 9th VRBO rental but the first time I had to pay the full price (rather than half) when I booked 9 weeks ahead. The concierge (Diana Coronel) said someone would pick me up from the airport. I waited 2 1/2 hours at the designated spot;no one came.I had no phone reception,so I rented a hotel room and got to the apt the next day. She took my suitcase to the 2nd floor, dropped it, then let the house staff take me the rest of the way. She did not come to the apt. to see if I had questions and she never apologized for the airport snafu. Worst host ever.
