Positive: Your accommodation and facilities were excellent.

Negative: The customer service received at your front desk was poor. Maybe have a little consideration for people who have booked for the first time with booking.com and try to be more pleasant in finding a solution rather than asking: " Can you not read the fine print" and being of no help. It cost us an extra room for a child who was 10 years old.
