3 Bedroom Apartment with Hot Tub, Internet and Kitchen
This beautiful space is a 3 bedroom and 3 bath plus 1,000 sq. ft. living area located inside our beautifully renovated Colorado barn. Note: This is a locked off portion of the Barn (which is one of our rentals). You will only have access to the Apartment. The other half of the Barn may have other rental guests!
Full of windows and light, the view is stunning, taking in a pastoral setting of our ranch with long-distance views of Pikes Peak, the Sangre de Cristos and the Collegiates.
The Apartment is a very private setting, located at the rear of the barn, and comes with every comfort you will need: down duvets on each of the queen beds, a fully stocked kitchen to make this the ideal venue for your vacation. Oil paintings and creative artwork are displayed throughout the apartment with comfortable seating in the living room.
The Apartment has a wonderful jetted hot-tub steps away from the living room. We have a covered patio for outdoor dinners and early morning coffee. An outside patio has a table and chairs for your enjoyment.
Guests do not have access to the entire barn but do have exclusive access to the outdoor hot tub, surrounding patio with views and the entire 35 acre ranch to enjoy! We have a trail with benches that goes through the entire property where you can see fox, deer and elk. Bird watching is ideal with our bluebird houses which are abundant on the ranch.
For cool evenings, we have an outdoor fire pit at the summit of our ranch with chairs where you can build a bonfire and stare at the Milky Way on clear nights.
The property is located 45 min. - 1 hr. drive from Colorado Springs, and 20 minutes from Woodland Park, where there is an abundance of restaurants, shopping, hospital, and Walmart.
In Divide, 10 minutes away, there are three fantastic restaurants including an Irish Pub with amazing pizza, and a popular BBQ stand with mouth-watering brisket. Venture Food's grocery store can serve any immediate grocery need.
We do offer a queen sofa bed to accommodate 2 additional guests. Please let us know in advance so the bed can be set up for you!
There is one TV in the living room. It is a Smart TV and you can log into your own personal streaming apps. There is no satellite or cable.
If you are needing a playpen or high chair during your stay, please let us know. You can rent both for an additional $20 fee.
A NO-SMOKING (INSIDE AND ON THE GROUNDS) AND NO PET POLICY IS IN PLACE.
NO ATV OR RECREATIONAL VEHICLE USE ON THE ABOVE ALL ELSE PROPERTY!
CHECK IN/CHECK OUT
Check in time is 4:00 pm, check out is 11:00 am unless you make prior arrangements with property manager. Note: Housekeepers will arrive shortly after 11am.
RESERVATIONS
Reservations will be accepted on a first come first serve basis.
You must be 25 years or older to secure reservation.
50% deposit is required at booking.
Rental fees for reservations are due in full 60 days in advance of the date on which the reservation begins and will be charged to the credit card used to book the reservation.
Rental fees for reservations made less than 60 days in advance are due in full at the time the reservation is made.
Reservations shall not be transferred or assigned without consent of owners.
No groups/guests beyond the rental agreement are allowed on the property without prior consent from owners.
CANCELLATIONS
No refund of paid reservation will be made unless cancellation request is made at least 60 days prior to the date on which the reservation begins.
DAMAGE
Charges will be made for any broken or missing items & for any damages to furnishings & equipment in the amount necessary to replace and/or repair said items.
An additional cleaning charge will be made if any unusual or excessive cleaning is required when the tenant has checked out.
We recommend the separate purchase of travel insurance.
