This grand old lady sits on the esplanade overlooking Snapper Creek with deep water access to the Sandy Straits. Tie your boat, jetski or kayak to the private pontoon or drop a line in.
The house has 3 bedrooms which sleeps a maximum of 8 people. The main bedroom has a queen size bed, second bedroom has 2 sets of bunks and the third bedroom has a queen size bed. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and/or pedestal fans if needed.
The bathroom has recently been updated with a walk in shower (no bath) and separate toilet. Updated laundry includes washing machine but no dryer.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, microwave, fridge/freezer, oven, kettle and toaster just to name a few.
Most of your time will be spent out under the back patio which is a new edition. Plenty of space under cover with a bbq to enjoy whilst watching the boats coming and going from the Marina. There is also a fire pit with some firewood available.
Lovely grassy backyard which is ideal for the kids to run around and play (Please note that whilst the property is fenced from the water it is not fully fenced). There is plenty of space at the front for cars and boats but there is no undercover parking available. Please note: maximum of 3 boats permitted and there is no camping or caravans permitted.
Tin Can Bay has much to offer! Choose a quiet relaxing holiday with a good book and an easy stroll along the Esplanade to enjoy the water views. Bring the kids as they will enjoy the paths with their scooters and bikes. There is also a skateboard bowl and playground on the foreshore. Tin Can Bay is also popular for fishing so bring the tinny or you can hire a boat if you wish to go out and catch some fish or mud crabs.
Only 30 minutes drive and you can enjoy the sandy beaches of Rainbow Beach so bring the surfboards and boogie boards. Rainbow Beach also offers a flagged swimming beach. You can take your 4wd for a drive to the coloured sands (permit may be required - please check with Queensland Parks before heading off) and right up to the lagoon at double island point. Great spot for a swim! Please check beach conditions before leaving. 4wd hire is also available.
