✔ We provide a starter kit of basic supplies. For longer stays, guests will need to replenish these suppliesasneeded.

NO GLITTER/NO DYE: Glitter is almost impossible to remove and will result in a $1,000 fine to cover excess cleaning. Do not use any temporary or permanent hair dye or other dye products in the rental. Evidence of dye will result in a $500 fine or more if damage occurs to sink, floors, carpets, etc. Primary contact is responsible for all guests along with anyone who enters the home during the stay to abide by these rules.
No Smoking of any Kind: Smoking of any kind will result is a $750 additional cleaning and Ozone fee. This includes, but is not limited to vaping, cigarettes, marijuana, or any other form of smoking.
Tropical Storms and Hurricanes:
Florida is prone to tropical storms and hurricanes. We recommend all travelers to purchase insurance to cover any travel disruptions that may arise from theseoccurrences as refunds will not be granted for undesirable weatherconditions.
Please be aware that weather-related communication issues might affect our contact with you, but we'll do our best to connect and address any concerns.
Our property is in a tropical climate zone, so you might encounter creatures like snakes, insects, and raccoons. While they're rare, we're required to inform you about the possibility of encountering them. We have pest control measures in place, and if you see any, please message us for quick action.
Lastly, while our property is family-friendly, it's not entirely child-proof. Parents with small children need to supervise them at all times and assumeliability.
