Escape to our cozy camp that has been completely renovated, located on Jones Pond, just two miles from the Schoodic Peninsula in Acadia National Park. This 467 acre lake is known for boating, kayaking, swimming and fishing. Located on a private drive with only three homes, this home offers tranquility and privacy while being just minutes from a public beach, Prospect Harbor, Winter Harbor and Schoodic Point. The two bedroom, one bath home offers spectacular panoramic views of the lake and is the perfect spot to 'get away from it all'. Sleeping for six is available with one king bed, one queen and a sleeper sofa. The bedrooms are beautifully decorated and the beds are outfitted with high quality bedding and comfy quilts. A fully appointed kitchen offers everything you need to cook up your catch. There is a dining area for six. We have a propane heating stove that will keep you cozy in the spring and fall seasons!
Nearby Seascape Kayak delivers kayaks and bicycles for rental directly to Jones Pond and the ferry to Bar Harbor leaves out of Winter Harbor, just minutes from our house.
