Restaurants, shopping, ice cream, beaches, and Manitowoc Marina, are all really close! This is your home away from home! If looking to stay with a pet, please inquire with the type and quantity of pets so we can review as we may accept pets for an added fee based on a case-by-case basis.

Please note that due to the varying length of stays at this property, we do not provide continuous disposable items such as soaps/detergents/cleaning chemicals, trash bags, coffee filters, spices/cooking oil, or paper products. Our cleaners provide a few starter disposable items for your initial arrival. The unit is fully furnished with linens, towels, and a fully stocked kitchen.
This property is professionally managed by Ruesch Management, with an office in downtown Green Bay and a 24 hour emergency maintenance line if any issues should arise. The maintenance technician that we use for this property is local to Manitowoc and is available on short notice in the event of an emergency.
This is a very safe neighborhood close to the beach
The guest has access access to the complete house upstairs, downstairs and basement. This unit has a lockbox on the private entry door for contactless 24 hour check -in. The lockbox code will be sent to you at 3:00 PM on the day prior to your check in. There is a shed in the backyard that is locked for owner use only.
The space is a newly remodeled one and a 1/2 story cottage with two bedrooms. There are full size washer and dryer units in the basement. It's freshly remodeled with modest finishes. It's the perfect home away from home for the traveling Business person, with fast reliable Internet and relaxing nature walks on the lake just a couple minutes from the front door.
