Roomy 120 sqm apartment, on two levels, able to accommodate up to 9 people, located in a quiet building (not suitable for disabled people). The property is located in Limonta Alta, a village on the shores of the Lecco branch of Lake Como, in a quiet and panoramic position. Bellagio is just over 3 km away and the beaches of Oliveto Lario and Onno can be reached in a few minutes by car.

Parking assigned for the exclusive use of guests for 1 normal size car. There is also a free parking area 30 meters from the property.

- The house can accommodate children; however, please, pay attention to the internal stairs, without protections.
- The fireplaces (in the living room and in one of the bedrooms) are decorative and CANNOT be used.
- Bike parking or storage of sports equipment is forbidden in the common courtyard.
