While we continue to recover from Hurricane Ian, we want to reassure you that what has not changed is the beautiful daily sunrises and sunsets, the shelling and fishing that you can do on our world-famous sugar sand beaches, and viewing the wildlife and flora that is all around our beautiful island.
Located on the 3rd floor, Loggerhead Cay #143 is the 3rd unit from the water, and it features 2 bedroom, 2 ...baths and a gulf view that will be sure to put you in vacation mode as soon as you settle in.
In addition to the expansive view of the Gulf of Mexico, you can easily see the grand lawn and the outdoor heated swimming pool below.
Loggerhead Cay #143 is beautifully decorated, and you will enjoy a feeling of serenity as you gaze out at the Gulf of Mexico from the comfort of your home away from home.
The living room seats 6 - 7 comfortably, with a soft taupe cabana stripe sofa, a loveseat, 2 cream colored leather rocker/glider/recliner chairs that are perfect for people of all shapes and sizes. A 55" flat panel TV is at the ready, should you want to check the local weather and tides before heading out to the beach. The dining room seats 6 comfortably, and it is between the kitchen and living room area.
The fully-equipped kitchen features quartz countertops, custom cabinetry that includes a spacious pantry, a coffee bar with Keurig and drip coffeemakers, gunmetal stainless appliances - and a beautiful gulf view. A washer and dryer are also near to the kitchen, and detergent is provided for you.
The serene Primary bedroom features a King bed with sliding doors leading to the screened balcony. It also features a built-in custom vanity with a backlit LED mirror, as well as a flat screen TV mounted above it.
The en-suite Primary bathroom features a soaking tub with shower, a spacious quartz topped single vanity with gorgeous seashell hardware, and a spacious closet.
The guest bedroom has a Queen bed and a Twin bed, a flat panel tv, plenty of closet space, and an adjacent 3-piece bath with a walk-in shower.
For privacy, the condo features a combination of plantation shutters and Hunter Douglas one touch blinds throughout. In addition, beach chairs and beach towels are provided for your use.
Loggerhead Cay features an outdoor heated swimming pool, tennis courts, shuffleboard and a bbq area. Elevators are available throughout the buildings for your convenience. You can stop by the main office and print your boarding passes out as well. Easy!
Loggerhead Cay 143 is professionally managed by Cottages to Castles of Sanibel & Captiva. Since 1997, they've been making sure that each stay is a memorable one.
