This heaven of privacy and serenity is surrounded by a delightful, well-kept lawn shared with the other unity of about 1000sqm, bordered by the sea itself. For lovers of adventure, there’s a pier and some canoes, useful for pleasant sea trips. Moreover, the house has a small, secluded private beach located on the left side of the property. Furthermore, there’s a number of other equally secluded inlets that are easily reachable in a few minutes on foot. The house features a panoramic veranda equipped with a bbq and projected to enjoy the pleasures of conviviality outdoors and savour the delicious scents and infinite colours that paint the summer sunsets of the Gallura mountains.

Overall, the house has two double bedrooms furnished in light colours which, starting from the exposed wood of the roof, expand, giving brightness to the furnishings and the house as a whole
