LeGros Chateau is French for "The Big House" and that it is! Plenty of room for your entire family and just steps away from all that downtown Dells has to offer! New GAME ROOM in lower level! ROKU TVs in the living room and all 4 bedrooms! You'll love relaxing on the wrap around porch day or night. You'll appreciate the private vanity sinks in 2 of the bedrooms, and a deep soaking tub in the queen suite, plus a newly remodeled bathroom with dual shower heads and a second full bath in the lower level! SPORTS FANS... we are steps away from Just Game (JAG) Fieldhouse and a short drive to Woodside Sports Complex.
You have full use of the first and second floor of the house, including the porch and yard, as well as the lower level 2nd bathroom and private desk/work area. The attic and garage are locked (no access), as they are our personal storage areas.
