Work from our listing, golf, and/or enjoy life’s simple pleasures at the Naj Mahal guesthouse on Lake Conroe. April Sound Country Club is a private, gated community, which features: 27 holes of championship golf, tennis, swimming, fitness, and dining. More importantly, our entire community is secured by a privately managed police force.
In response to COVID-19, we are following CDC recommendations for disinfecting and cleaning.
The guesthouse has a combined living and dining space with a small dry kitchenette, closet, and bathroom.
The kitchenette has a mini fridge, microwave, tea kettle, toaster, and coffee maker. Please note we do NOT have a stove.
Condo has an independent AC unit (window unit), portable plug-in heater and a portable plug-in fan.
Guest will have access to a secure Wi-Fi.
While we do have a TV set up we do NOT have cable or local TV channels. We do offer an HDMI cable for our guests along with a firestick.
The property contains a king-size bed, futon sofa and a roll-a-way single bed.
Although the studio is not childproof --children are definitely welcome.
The resort-style guesthouse listing is a 4-minute walk to the clubhouse.
Guests will be able to access the listing and the outside premises. This includes lake & golf course view at the back of the listing (guest will have to walk around the listing).
Guests will have to confirm with host/clubhouse for access to specific clubhouse facilities and subsequent charges (Golf course, Gym, Pool, etc.).
Lake has temporary docking points to park boat (Please check with us prior to arrival on boat requirements, docking and storage).
The host will sometimes be on the property but will have limited to no interaction with guests.
Neighborhood is very calm and quiet.
Occasionally, the main house that is attached to the guest suite listing hosts small gatherings. Please contact host if the noise is bothersome.
If interested host can provide clubhouse calendar for events.
Parking is available on-premise for two vehicles.
Guests must be cleared at the security gate prior to entry. Vehicle/Drivers not listed will not be granted access to community/listing.
Please provide host with guest names. Also, please notify host if UBER, LYFT, or other transportation services is required.
Guest fridge may contain beer and other refreshments. Please note that alcoholic beverages are to be consumed by only 21+ years of age while on property.
We do not solicit alcohol to minors. Kindly inform host if the listing is booked by minor.

Welcome! Below is all the info you need for your stay as well as check-out procedures.
CHECKING IN (As scheduled on the listing): •
This listed is located in a gated community. Once you get to Security checkpoint, please provide them with your name and listing address (4 Waters Edge) Security will let you in. Depending on the duration of your stay they may provide you with a temporary pass.
Parking: You can park up to two cars on the right-hand side of the driveway. The driveway is designed for 3 lanes (Please park on the far right side).
Please do not block the sidewalk/mailbox with your vehicles or you will be ticketed and towed. Contact the host beforehand if more parking spaces are required.
Airbnb entrance: Unit A is located on the right-hand side of the house. The door has a smart lock.
DURING YOUR STAY:
• Wireless info is listed on the blackboard in the house.
• Smoking: Prohibited indoors. Allowed outdoors. Dispose of butts in provided receptacle. Do not dispose of butts in indoor trash cans.
• Additional Supplies: Should you need anything, please message the host.
• AC and Heat: Guests have control of a window AC unit, a portable heater, and a portable fan.
• Entertainment: We do not have Cable TV and the antenna can only receive one channel! We do, however, have a 1.6 ft HDMI cable available for you to connect a PC and watch movies.
• Golf/Lake/Gym: Please contact the host to assist with the following Clubhouse Activities: boating, gym, golfing, pool, and tennis. The clubhouse is down the road within walking distance, you can find it via the GPS. Take a right as you leave the house then a left when you get to the small crossing bridge; you will see the club building. Visit the clubhouse for breakfast, lunch, or dinner – you do not need a membership number.
•Coffee, beverages, and snacks are in the kitchenette. Please help yourself.
Washer and Dryer: An HE washer and dryer can be made available but not in the listing. Please make contact with the host beforehand to make arrangements for use.
• Access to Golf Course View: Please feel free to walk down the street towards the clubhouse and enjoy the views. You can sit on the benches around the golf course en route. Please be respectful of golf carts and players.
CHECKING OUT: • The cleaning team would appreciate it if you leave the place as tidy as possible.
