Parc Blandan: The Green Heart of the Neighborhood Sports enthusiasts will love this spot, with the Rhône riverbanks on one side and Parc Blandan on the other. Located at the northern edge of the neighborhood, at the crossroads of the 3rd, 7th, and 8th arrondissements, Parc Blandan opened in September 2014 and spans 17 hectares. It was developed on the grounds of a 19th-century military fort called La Motte, which remains standing and is open to visitors.
