Positive: I love the whole place. the location is perfect and there is a view from every single window. WE loved that the lift would take us up directly to our room. There was plenty of space for my whole family with the place having three rooms and two bathrooms. There is a washing machine in the kitchen that helped us out, but we did not know if there was a drying rack, so we placed our clothes around the rooms. My family loved lounging in the living room watching movies looking out at the views of Florence or having dinner all together.. Host was also very responsive and accommodating to us. Even allowed us a later checkout so we could have a morning to sleep in. They are the best!
Negative: We did not know how to use the stovetop. but i think that was just us not knowing how to use the appliance. Host tried working with us and their doorman's schedule so he could come show us but our schedule was too full.
