Conditions and house rules:
-During your stay, you will have access to the entire condo as well as the common spaces of the property. It is forbidden to smoke on the balcony, inside the condo or the property.
-We are asking you to let us know your estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to check in. The host will meet you onsite. Regular check in time is from 4 P.M to 9 P.M *Late check in fees applies (upon check in) for late arrival after regular check in time. No check in are allowed after midnight.
-We provide all the basics such as linens, pillows, towels, cookware and dishes. The travellers must do the laundry (towels) during the stay, wash the dishes and empty the garbage. Body soap, shampoo and other hygiene or cleaning supply are not provided.
-We are asking you to let us know your estimated time of departure at least 24 hours prior to check out. Check out time maximum 10 A.M. *Late check out fees applies for late departure after regular check out time. A late check out must be approved by the property's team before.

Summary: We loved this place! From the minute we arrived and were shown around by Dominic until the minute we left I had nothing but the highest rating for this facility. The condo was spacious, clean and equipped with everything you need. The beds were very comfortable. The floor to ceiling windows in the living room and bedroom perfectly framed the awesome view of the waterway and buildings across the Inner Coastal Waterway. The balcony was a great size for sitting and having a relaxing drink or meal. The pool and hot tub areas looked great, but the temperature was a little too cold for us to take advantage of them. Parking in the garage was very convenient and secure. The beach was a few blocks away which could be a little inconvenient if you are toting children with you, but we enjoyed the walk along the beach up to the pier. There was a beach cart in the unit for you to carry the chairs, floats and toys( which were there) to the beach You are about 30 minutes to Miami Beach with the traffic. We took Uber and Lyft a few times just to avoid the hassle of driving in the traffic and paying for parking. We would highly recommend this place to friends and family and only hope this review isn't so good that we won't find it available next time we are going to Sunny Isle!
