Positive: The staff was amazing, even during the craziness of the Habits de Lumières weekend. Christal could not have been nicer or more accommodating. The room was so charming and well-appointed. And they have some of the best champagne we had in Epernay downstairs at their in-house tasting room. The location is the best - right in the center of Rue Champagne. Book rooms 4 or 5 if available.
