This comfortable 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home is a perfect private retreat for quiet relaxation. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee on the spacious screened in porch and when you are ready to go out and about, simply take a short stroll to Broyles Recreation Area.
Broyles Recreation Area features picnic areas, grills, a beautiful little beach, and a playground! Have a boat? Broyles Recreation Area also has a large boat ramp. Parking is only $5 for the entire day. However, it should be noted that our home has plenty of parking for multiple cars or a boat and trailer (along with access to power), if you wish to park at the house instead.
Fishing Tournament Participants! We are 8 minutes from Green Pond Landing; 5 minutes from Portman Marina; and 20 minutes from Big Water Marina.
Clemson fans will find it an easy drive to the university, under 15 minutes away!
