The house is an old 19th-century building spread over three levels, located in the heart of a peaceful village. Renting it allows me to continue improving it gradually. The holiday home is located in the lower part of the circulade, near the vegetable gardens, with no direct neighbors. A park is accessible on foot within five minutes from the house. There are many hiking opportunities around Lauraguel. We are located in the upper valley, on the old road connecting Carcassonne to Perpignan.
