Upon entering the front door, you are welcomed into the awe-inspiring, open concept living with vaulted ceilings and a wall of windows looking out to the sprawling yard and beautiful Black Hills oak and pines. The kitchen of your dreams awaits you with custom concrete countertops, a one-of-a-kind island, the Homestake Ore Shaft range hood and a hidden walk-in pantry. Enjoy the main floor with the Master bedroom and bathroom with heated floors, second bedroom, full bathroom, and Laundry Room. The basement offers a large living space, three bedrooms, an office/non-conforming 6th room, and full bathroom. After passing through the massive mud room, you will enter the fully-finished, three stall, heated garage. As you view the home’s exterior you will notice the grand, covered patio (also supported by the historic Homestake beams and bolts), with a luxurious jacuzzi hot-tub.
