Our 2 story townhome has newly renovated rooms and updated furnishings that offer comfortable accommodations and a cozy stay.
We have a large backyard with firepit shared with the other tenant to the north, and a grill just for guests.
The space
• The living room has a 50” LG OLED tv with Roku and dvd player. There are over 100 DVD’s to choose from and the loveseat recliner provides theater-like seating.
• Coffee table in the living room lifts up to become a table with storage below.
• Dining room has a table for 4 that can be expanded to comfortably seat 6.
• Kitchen and coffee nook are well stocked and fully equipped.
• Full bath downstairs has a large ADA shower and ceiling heat fan.
• There are 2 large bedrooms upstairs - one with a king bed and one with an adustable queen bed.
• The den/office has a desk, a comfortable recliner, and a large collection of books as well as scrabble, cribbage and other games. There’s also a twin-size air mattress available for this room if it’s needed.
• The home was built in 1957 and the 2nd full bath upstairs embraces the midcentury modern retro charm.
• There’s a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board in the basement.
• WIFI is included and there are usb ports in the living room, bedrooms and office.
