The house consists of 3 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living room, kitchen, a terrace overlooking the sea and a huge garden with pine cone. Among the many amenities offered are numerous indoor parking, internet, flat screen TV, garden rocking chair, gazebo, sun loungers and indoor and outdoor showers. The house can comfortably accommodate up to 7 people.
The pinewood behind the house, with lots of greenery, showers, gazebo and sun loungers, is ideal for relaxing between one bathroom and one another.
Marina Serra di Tricase offers charming and unforgettable landscapes, all over the most famous natural swimming pool, located right in front of the house and visible in the photos; In addition to this, the sixteenth-century tower and some features caves, cliffs, coves, Mediterranean vegetation and clean and crystal clear waters make Marina Serra one of the most interesting places in the Salento. It is also located a few kilometers from the most well-known Salento area: it is located about 10 km from Castro and Leuca, 20 from Otranto and Gallipoli, 40 from Lecce, and is surrounded by countless beach resorts, both rocky and sandy.
On the waterfront there is a restaurant and bars / pubs where you can enjoy typical Lettuce products (pastries and rustic on all).
