The space
Conveniently located near the charming village of Arroyo Grande, or a short drive to Pismo Beach, local museums and parks are all close at hand, with a wide variety of restaurants and bars to choose from. Whether you wish to relax or go out and enjoy the numerous activities and attractions in the area, this is the perfect location!
The kitchen, living room, dining room, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and common areas, are comfortably located on the same level. Both the Master bedroom and the second bedroom are spacious and have 1 Queen size bed, each can accommodate 2 guests. The third Bedroom has two full beds and can accommodate four guests. A sofa bed and a couch found in the common spaces can accommodate two other guests.
The luminous living room has a couch, modern coffee tables and a working surface so that you can work on your laptop. It is a great spot for our guests to relax inside or work during their stay since it is laptop friendly. The property has heating, free Wi-Fi, and Air conditioning and is also equipped with a hair dryer. The kitchen area is open, modern, and massive and has all the amenities you may need: a refrigerator, dishwasher oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker, dishes and silverware, and several cooking basics so you can prepare your own meals during your stay.
The 11,000 sqft lot offers an outdoor deck with a Traeger BBQ for grilling and a large grass area for outdoor games. The grass area is lined with fruit trees, including an avocado tree for fresh guacamole. It is an amazing place to spend time with family and friends.
