Beautiful huge private custom-built home that will easily sleep 1 people. This home has a main level master suite with a king size bed and a day bed that also includes a master bathroom with a walk in shower and closet. 3 bedrooms are located on the second floor (2 queen beds and one full size bed) along with a full bathroom. There are also two half baths located in the home.
A full kitchen that includes double convection ovens, dishwasher and unbelievable views.
This home also includes wireless internet throughout the house, 55 inch flat screen smart TV with Netflix, Roku, and chrome cast.
The newly finished basement has a bunk/game room which includes two bunk beds, ping pong table, air hockey table, and an arcade game with hundreds of classic arcade games. Full bathroom and 2nd laundry room in basement as well.
2 car garage, linens provided, full laundry room, utensils provided, deck, plenty of parking, small stream that runs through the property.

DOCK UPDATE: There is currently 8 feet of dock constructed as of now. With the 8 feet of dock we have had guests bring and dock jet skis, fishing boats, and pontoon boats. The current/finished dock will be suitable for swimming and docking of watercraft
We do not allow weddings, amplified music, large events, or excessive noise outside the house as a courtesy to our neighbors. This is not a place to "party," only families and well meaning groups are allowed. Minimum age of primary renter must be 30.
