An amazing lake property for a large family or several couples. This property has all the amenities you need for an active or relaxing time on Georgia's beautiful Lake Rabun: a spacious house with a great kitchen & views everywhere; a basement with billiards, ping pong and home theater; a combined pickleball and basketball court and a fantastic boathouse with a partially covered deck with TV, refrigerator, ice maker and sink (eat lakeside, lounge, morning yoga, etc...). Summary: A warm and inviting house situated on the best part of Lake Rabun. The outdoor spaces are wonderful for those that need to relax but there are plenty of activities for the younger crowd as well. Perfect for any size gathering. The kitchen is fully appointed but there's a new restaurant just steps away in case you're not in the mood to cook. Hiking trails near by and along with shopping in nearby Clayton/Tallulah Falls.
