This large and spacious open plan sea-side home is set in two acres of land with indoor swimming pool & gym, pool table, table tennis, adventure climbing frame, trampoline and fenced in area with chickens. With 5 double bedrooms and one children's dormitory sleeping 7 (lower bunks are doubles) a playroom/cinema room, large living room with sofa seating 8-10, open plan kitchen/dining room, with two dining areas. This house is very spacious and light. There is also an exterior games room/bar/dining area/yoga studio. A mile and a half away from West Wittering Beach and Itchenor harbour, the house is surrounded by beautiful country walks and cycle rides. The historic town of Chichester is approximately 5 miles away with its famous theatre and cathedral. Just behind it lie the South Downs and Goodwood, with its race course, golf and various cultural festivals. Chichester golf club is approximately 3 miles away. Booking is 7 days minimum.

Summary: This property is amazing and palatial. The grounds are huge, with air streams dotted around! There's a children's playground at the bottom of the very long and wide garden/grounds. The pool is incredible. The kids had so much fun. The adults enjoyed lovely swims, table tennis, pool, long walks, beach trips. There is so much room in the house, underfloor heating, gorgeous outlook onto the wonderful gardens. There's even a skate ramp! There is so much to this house, full drum kit, Nerf guns galore, Barbies and toys for all kids young and old! A playroom with a projector, Netflix with many films, the list of things to do goes on! Oh, forgot to mention the gym equipment. Wonderful bathrooms, modern showers, huge walk in wardrobes, beautiful verandahs, comfy beds with lots to choose from. A very large breakfast room, separate snug, utility room bigger than most people's kitchens! Great cooking facilities/dishwasher/tumble dryer etc A sweeping in and out drive with room for many cars. Superb location, not far from Chichester Marina, The Witterings. The pictures don't do the accommodation justice, it really is an awesome property!
