Spacious yard and driveway for boats, vehicles, etc. Miltner Public beach is right across the street including the public boat launch and is perfect for all summer activities. Home is located next to city tennis and basketball courts, skateboarding park, the library and is a very short walk to restaurants and downtown Lake City.
