4 Bedroom House with Air Conditioner, Parking and TV
Wonderful family home just steps from private beach on Lake Michigan. This house was thoughtfully built and furnished for a large family ~ or two ~ to relax in comfort and enjoy all Grand Beach has to offer. Separate family rooms on both levels and two large dining areas allow plenty of space for meals, games or conversations around the brick fireplace. The second floor has 3 good sized knotty pine bedrooms, and a large sleeping porch ( a favorite place for any child who has slept there ) and 2 brand new ceramic tile bathrooms with skylights. As well as a private outdoor shower with changing room. The kitchen is good sized and thoughtfully stocked with everything your family will need to create meals to enjoy either inside or on our stone patio. A brand new half bath and laundry room are also on the first floor.
Good sized front and back yards for badminton, bocci, or croquet. Or lounge on the hammock under the trees. Parking for 6-7 cars.
We are 4 houses from a beautiful private beach on Lake Michigan, walking distance to Grand Beach Golf Course, a basketball court, tennis courts and playground.
