The villa has been awarded the BBC label. No air conditioning, but refreshing floor, thermal insulation from the outside and Provencal well ensuring a mild temperature even during the hot summer.
On the ground floor, entrance, toilet, master bedroom with shower room & dressing room, central kitchen open to the living room / TV area & fireplace, the dining room, a billiard area & an indoor garden with carp pond. Integrated sound system on the ground floor of the villa & the pool house.
Upstairs, 3 bedrooms with double bed, a shower room & a separate toilet. Each room overlooks the garden.
The garden is protected from the wind and without vis-à-vis. Large mirror pool. The pool house is equipped with a barbecue, a pizza oven, a toilet, a table for 8 to 10 people & a sofa. A summer seating area with umbrella, a raised solarium area, hammocks in the trees and a bowling green complete the landscaping.
