The Sierra Vista Retreat is a beautiful spacious contemporary west side, view home.
This two story home boasts two living rooms, one on each level, with vaulted ceilings and built in sound system/speakers throughout. The upper level living room has a brand new sectional sofa, with chaise lounge, 65” TV, ceiling fan and propane fireplace.
The large kitchen/dining room, cozy window seat area, three bedrooms and two full baths are all on the upper level of the home.
The fully equipped kitchen has granite counters, stainless steel appliances, refrigerator with water/ ice, gas range, dishwasher and microwave. The dining room table seats eight, plus there is an eat in island, propane fireplace and a 65” TV.
There is a large upper deck, which spans the entire length of the home. It has a tempered glass railing, so not to obstruct the expansive views of the shipping lanes, snow capped Olympic Mountains and spectacular sunsets. There is a patio dining table that seats six and a double seat glider to relax on. The propane barbecue is conveniently placed on the small back deck, just off the kitchen.
The master bedroom suite has a king bed, 40” TV along with a nice view, to wake up to. The master bathroom has double sinks, granite counters, a jetted tub and separate shower.
The other two upper level bedrooms have a queen bed in each room. All bedrooms have quality ceiling fans, to assist in keeping you cool, on those warm summer nights!
The lower level living room also has a nice view, along with an office area, coffee bar station, second fridge, 40” TV and an electric fireplace. There is also a dining/game table that seats four, to either play cards, games or puzzles on or to have a quick snack. The large lower level bedroom has two queen beds and a huge walk in closet. The third bathroom consists of a powder room on the lower level.
The home sits on a double lot so there is plenty of room for yard games. The backyard is partially fenced and has a small patio seating area and a wood burning fire pit to enjoy, while roasting marshmallows to make some delicious s’mores.
There is also a locking shed provided, to store your bicycles or water toys in, during your stay, as the garages are not useable.
The seasonal community pool (small daily fee, per person) and beach access, are just down the street, so be sure to pack your beach towels. The majority of the streets are nice and flat, so don’t forget to bring your bikes and scooters! Fort Ebey State Park borders the development and has miles of trails, for those avid hikers or mountain bike enthusiasts to explore.
There is an abundance of wildlife in the neighborhood, so expect to see some of the local deer passing through and plenty of seagulls and eagles flying overhead.
