6 Bedroom House with Pool and Laundry
The home is on the largest lot in the neighborhood of substantial homes. There are three master bedrooms plus three additional bedrooms. It has a huge kitchen with dinette alcove that seats 6. It has a separate dinning room, huge living room with baby grand piano and electric piano with a garden room which exits to private garden with fruit trees: lime, lemon, fig, avocado and peach trees in the front yard. It has a pool with a very large out door patio seating areas. Three cars can park behind the double gates and there is also a garage.
Wifi and Smart TV via AT&T cable.
Five (5) day minimum stay with five (5) day advance notice on booking. Because the house is so large, we need a minimum of two full days between guests to prepare the house. Thus, it is not cost effective for us to have shorter stays. Once in while we will OK a shorter stay based on individual circumstances. Also, Vrbo is supposed to block two days before and after any reservation because we need a min of days to prepare the house, but Vrbo fails to do the blocking. While we try to do it manually, sometimes, people book before we have a chance. Once in a great while we can prepare a house in less than two days, but whether we waive the requirement depends on the circumstances of each case.
No children under 12. Children cannot be supervised in the pool area from inside the house.
The house was build in 1923 and retains most of its original character except the kitchen has been updated. We have added individual window a/c's as the central a/c was uneven. Now, each room has its own climate control.
The home a new 5.3 cu ft washer and dryer on the lower level which has direct access patios and pool area. We supply all the washing and other supplies which a functioning house needs.
Entire back yard is gated and pool is also has a safety gate. The home is spread over 3 floors giving guests additional privacy from each other.
