Positive: The apartment is situated in a quiet green area in close proximity to theme parks and shopping. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. The gym and on site pool are well maintained and pleasant to use.

Negative: Check in was horrendous. Access instructions are only provided after the completion of an on line validation process which is impossible for international guests to complete because the system does not accept non US addresses or phone numbers. I contacted the provider and received a message to say I could complete the process on arrival. My booking confirmation stated I could book in before 8pm. I arrived around 7pm and the office was closed with no instructions left about who to contact. Having just arrived in the US we had a small amount of data and no access to WiFi to buy more data. After a 9 hour flight, a 2 hour wait for a hire car and a 70 minute drive, this was traumatic. Eventually we managed to phone a central number and were able to complete validation and were emailed access instructions before our data expired. However the door latch to the property is digital requiring data to validate a key code. Luckily we were able to access the apartment WiFi outside the front door and were able to get in. This accommodation is not suitable for international visitors because of the he impossibility of completing the validation process which is required to gain access to the property and you cannot rely on the office being open to check in on arrival.
