New listing! This 2 bedroom loft with an additional interior loft is a cozy upper level space with a deck overlooking a large yard and tucked away in a private cove on Lamoka Lake. One queen bedroom and one twin bedroom with 2 twin beds. There is a full bathroom with a teak vanity and large lighted vanity mirror. Stained pine ceiling in the main room with an overhead fan and french doors open out to a private deck with outdoor seating and barbecue. There is a laundry room on the lower level with a washer/dryer. There are approximately 12 steps up to the loft from the ground, so this rental is not suitable for the handicapped or very young children. The dock is shared with the rental next door, however, each are provided with their own fire pits, kayaks, rowboat and life jackets. The water just off the dock is not good for swimming. Red Bank Island is a small island in the middle of the lake which is a nice spot for wading and swimming. Weekly rentals Saturday to Saturday during high season. 4 night minimum off season.
