Welcome to your dream lakeside getaway! Nestled at the edge of Douglas Lake and surrounded by the breathtaking beauty of The Smokies, our newly built cabin is the ultimate retreat. With 4 spacious bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, it comfortably accommodates up to 11 guests, making it perfect for family vacations or group getaways. Enjoy relaxing lake views, modern amenities, and easy access to nearby attractions (including Dollywood!), shopping, dining and outdoor activities such as fishing, dock slide, kayaking, paddleboarding, and more. We also have a trailer storage unit in case you rent a boat! Whether you seek adventure or relaxation, our cabin is your ideal home base. Also - we have the home decorated with Christmas decorations for the holiday season :)

- There is some construction going on in the development as other cabins are built.
- There are 4 security cameras are solely to keep track of our cleaning team located in the front porch camera is pointed at parking, the doorbell camera, the camera facing the outdoor space leading to the dock, camera facing the dock from the lower deck.
- Parking in driveway for 4 cars max. Street parking allowed: NO
We partner with SUPERHOG for our guest screening process. The SUPERHOG application must be completed by the primary guest listed on the reservation, and the background check must be finalized within 48 hours of booking confirmation, in compliance with State and City regulations. Please note, your booking is NOT confirmed until these requirements are fulfilled. Once confirmed, and prior to check-in, guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement that outlines the terms of the stay, which includes agreeing to the following: -Abide by our rental terms and conditions. -Provide a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card before check-in. -Pay a non-refundable $50 damage waiver through SUPERHOG. This damage waiver covers accidental damage during your stay. Please note, any damage incurred must be reported during your stay to ensure coverage by the waiver.
