3 Bedroom Cottage with Kitchen, Air Conditioner and Other
This beautiful Cape Cod is available for rental. With three spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms, the cottage provides exceptional comfort for a family of six. The gorgeous, wrap around deck is covered in the front, and offers a great view of the lake and the end of the bluff. There is a large yard with gradual slope for children to play or exercising pets. The quiet, dirt road that goes past the cottage is used only by other cottagers, and is great for biking or walking.
The entry door into the cottage leads into a country kitchen that is fully equipped for cooking. Just off the kitchen is a charming dining set overlooking the lake. The living room in the front of the cottage has comfortable, quality furnishings for guests to enjoy evening movies or board games. The first floor bedroom has a queen size bed, and is located next to the spacious first floor bathroom with shower/tub combo.
The second floor features two additional bedrooms, each with dormers to enhance the lake view. One bedroom has a king bed, and the other two single beds. A full bathroom with shower is located in the hallway at the top of the stairs.
The natural, level lakefront and pebble beach is perfect for children. The water depth is gradual for ideal swimming, and a dock is available to moor your boat.
Nearby attractions include the Switzerland Inn lakefront restaurant, award winning wineries such as McGregor Vineyards and Ravines Wine Cellars, the Windmill Farm and Craft Market, and a short 10 minute drive to both Penn Yan and Hammondsport!
Occupancy: This property is closely monitored for responsible renting. The maximum occupancy of each home is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time. This includes both day and overnight guests as well as all children including infants.
