This three-story, newly renovated home commands attention with its design. First floor is home to a bunk room, full bathroom, kitchenette, pool/air hockey table, entertainment system, porch, and laundry room. The antique staircase to the second floor opens to a beautifully furnished living room, kitchen, oversized balcony, and dining area. And finally, the third floor houses the 900 sq ft Master Suite with an office, master bathroom, and private balcony.
Guests have access to the entire townhome, private pier, and community pier, boat launch, and dock.
There are security cameras installed outside the property for security purposes but there are no cameras inside the home. It has also audio & visual capabilities.
