This sunny-escape is located in a luxurious lakeside resort community, with over 1-mile of shoreline. Simply step out your front-door & onto the many miles of trails to explore hiking & biking. The club features a waterfall pool with breathtaking views of Lake Travis. The house comes with free gigabit fiber Internet which will ensure no video-call goes missed or video game gets laggy!
The Space:
The house is 4-bed, 3.5 bath over 2300+ sq ft. A main floor master suite has a reclining king-sized bed to more comfortably enjoy those late-night video binges on the 50"+ television with a roku. Upstairs, you can find the Game Room with the new 70"+ 4k smart tv plus roku. A jack-and-jill suite has a queen-sized bed in one room and a full-sized bed in the second with a full-bath in the middle. The 3rd bedroom has another full-sized bed, a detached full-bath is across the hall. Dog Friendly, the yard is a bountiful 1/4 acre corner lot and fully fenced.
