Outstanding screened back porch with with private wooded views. Fireplace on porch with TV. The cottage features a 65” 4K TV, 55” 4K TV and 50” TV on the screened deck. GOLF CART included to take your group down to the Bluegill Grill and enjoy some “Dickel Drops” along with live entertainment on weekends! Fishing poles, fishing kayak, and ping pong table ready for your holiday fun! Boat parking space in driveway. Guests have full access to golf cart, kayak, fishing equipment, life vests and bicycles on site.

Tim’s Ford State Park is a quick 7 minute car ride and offers amazing walking trails, lake access, nature center, huge public swimming pool, volleyball courts, picnic area and is home to the Jack Nicklaus signature golf course, Bear Trace. Be sure to bring your clubs!
