This Cape Cod home has 3 Bedrooms and two private decks; one off the living with a Hot Tub and grill and the lakeside deck with a swing and table next to the dock.This completely remodeled home has brand new furniture, mattresses, bedding, flooring, paint, pretty much everything. Large wood fire pit area off the deck with Adirondack chairs.This place has it all as it can sleep 10 people comfortably. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need and has a lots of storage for your food and drinks. Combo coffee maker takesK-cups for single serveand filter/coffee grounds to make a full pot.Alexa speaker with unlimited music is in the kitchen.Main level living room has a huge comfy couch with a wood burning fireplace and 65" Smart TV. Master bedroom has a King size bed with 55" Smart TV. Lakeside bedroom has a queen bed with a twin bunk. Bedroom 3 has two bunk beds.High speed internet with wifi is included and is hooked up to the TV's that has Netflix, Youtube TV, Hulu, Disney + and much more. Lower level has a beautiful Cedar Sauna with a brand new bathroom with heated floors and shower. The water is filtered and softened for great showers. Great drinking water too. No need to bring water bottles.The roads around the lake are great for walks and bike rides.Kayaks, paddle-boards and fishing equipment is included.As for fish, there are plenty to catch. Large and small mouth bass, walleye, several different pan fish, trout, pike and more.Dock with boat lift has the pontoon available for rent to enjoy the entire lake!
