4 Bedroom Cottage with Air Conditioner, TV and Security
PLEASE NOTE: PHOTOS WILL BE UPDATED. There is a lot of tools in the photos because the owner is currently working on the property putting all new Pine walls on the interior, new trim, new washer & dryer and there will be new bedding. The curtain will also be removed that is in the current photos between the kitchen and living area.
On The east shore of Long Lake with beautiful sunsets enjoy the new pine interior, rustic main level flooring, tiled baths, new laundry, 2 bathrooms, one on each level, 4 bedrooms ( 2 queen, 1 double, twins) Open living area on the main level with a nice deck and fire pit off, large dining table to seat many, well equipped kitchen with 2 bedrooms off the kitchen and a full bath. Lower level has all new pine walls, very open, an additional refrigerator for your cold beverages and food plus an additional table for game playing or eating at. Hallway leads to 2 additional bedrooms ( queen & twins) and a full bath with new laundry.
The cottage literally sits about 50' from the waterfront with sunset views, nice dock system that held a 24' pontoon boat. The dock is 16' long. Not shared. You'll feel very private with the long drive down from the main road. There is a cottage and home to each side but little activity.
The town of Harrison is 1 mile with convenience stores, restaurant and Bridgton is approximately a 7 min drive with many stores, a large Hannaford grocery store, Hardware, Dunkin, McDonald's, art gallery, library, antiquing, hiking trails and much more.
North Conway outlet shopping is about 40 min.
Everything you could want and on beautiful Long Lake which takes you into Brandy Pond and Sebago Lake through the Songo Locks.
