With a stunning view of Evans Cove on Little Squam Lake, it's the perfect spot for a peaceful lakeside getaway. Enjoy access to a private beach and dock, playground, outdoor fire pit, BBQs, and lawn games for all ages. Dock space upon request, availability, addt’l fee, and must be reserved in advance.
