Summary: We had a stellar experience here! It is a beautiful spot with the best of a woods setting and lakefront. The pool is well situated for a fun group gathering. We made a campfire every night, watching the sun go down and enjoying the night sky. During the day we alternated between the pool and paddling around the lake, taking hikes nearby. The house is spacious, comfortable, and well equipped. It was also very convenient for older, less mobile, members of our group with four of the many bedrooms on the same floor as the kitchen and living room. And the young people could watch movies in the big sofa area on the lower level. The location feels secluded and quiet, but is also only a quick 10 minute drive into Livingston Manor. David was immediately responsive to any questions we had. He wanted to make sure we had a great vacation. Overall, it was an excellent experience.
