Upper level has a Primary suite featuring a king sized bed, and an additional queen sleeper sofa. Newly renovated primary bath as well. Upper level also boasts a newly added private Queen suite with separate entrance and new private bath. And, For that extra solo guest, there is also a daybed that makes into a twin bed in the loft area. A Large updated kitchen is perfect for family gatherings. Spacious great room with soaring ceiling and additional seating area for extra dining/gaming or entertaining. This Home also features a separate game area with a ping pong table, dart board, and foosball table. Outside, is the perfect setting for enjoying Lake Norman. A flat sandy shared beach for the kids and adults to swim or play. Home also features a dock to park a boat and/or fish. The deck has ample room for sunning or dining and, the lower patio features a six person hot tub for enjoying relaxing evenings. Two Kayaks & two paddle boards also available for your use. Not to mention, LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. Minutes from shopping, restaurants, and interstate. No parties allowed. This home is in a neighborhood with permanent residents on each side.
