With 90 feet of lake frontage outside your back door and shallow water (2-4 feet off the dock), this is a place for swimming, floating, sunbathing, boating (you can tie up to the 40-foot dock), or fishing for trout, salmon, bass, white and yellow perch and more. If you have your own boat or rent from Winnisquam Marine, the Winnisquam sandbar is close by for a full day of play.
This three-story home makes the most of its lakefront setting with gorgeous spaces to gather and relax outside. After a day of fun, pull up an Adirondack chair on the deck down by the water, gather on the 30x50 foot patio overlooking the lake, prepare dinner in the built-in outdoor kitchen, and set the patio table for an alfresco meal at sunset.
