6 Bedroom House with Air Conditioner, View and Fireplace

Beautiful, 6 bedroom luxury property on Lake Nottely overlooking the widest part of the lake and the twin islands. Experience our outside fireplace. Walk down our stone steps to the fire pit that is dock side. Use our brand new 2022 Sylvan tritoon boat, that seats 12, has a bar for tubing and bring your ropes and tubes to be pulled behind our boat (available beginning of April until end of October) with a 150 hp motor. After a day at the lake, come back and sink in our 8 person hot tub. There is nothing that we do not have for your vacation at the lake.
The home has hot tub, Sylvan tritoon pontoon boat, swim platform dock, fireplace on upper deck, fireplace in great room and a firepit located next to the dock at lake level. This home will meet all of your expectations and is built to house your family and friends.
The main floor has an open great room with kitchen, wide beams that adjoins the inside dining area that seats 10. We also have seating for 4 at the bar. All flooring on the main level is wood, wide plank. Outside, we have a wide, covered deck with vaulted ceilings that has a fireplace. There is an outdoor TV over the fireplace for watching whatever sports teams are important to you. The deck wraps around to the outdoor deck and the MBR exit. We have a grill and seating on the outer deck. Located on the main floor is the MBR with a full adjoining bath and walk in tile shower. The main floor also has another king bedroom with an adjoining bath that also serves as the hall bath. Located on the main floor is a full laundry room.
Located on the lower level is another kitchen area with sink and an additional refrigerator. Each bedroom has its own TV. There is also a TV on the lower level family room and in the great room on the main level. We have seating for more on the lower level for coming in off the lake. There is a hot tub on the lower level deck and outside we have a ping pong table.
We also have an Sylvan tri toon available for summer 2022 pontoon as part of our rental. The boat has a 150 hp motor and a tow bar. The cost for the boat is an additional $100.00 per night. We also collect an additional $500.00 refundable security deposit. The boat is not included in our quote and will be arranged about 10 days before check in. The boat is available beginning of April through mid October and is dependent upon lake levels. We also require that you sign a release of liability for the use of the boat prior to check in.
We also have a dock with a 8 foot wide swim platform, a covered roof over the boat. Located near the shore is an additional fire pit and seating so that you can have a wonderful fire, roast hot dogs and just enjoy the lake. . We also have included 2 kayaks and 2 paddle board.
The kitchen has every pot, every pan and every appliance you need to cook large family gatherings. We also have an abundance of TV s. This house will be the lake home you have always wanted.

Summary: Property was very well equipped. All beds were excellent. Fire pit was great. Beautiful setting over looking the lake and mountains in the back ground. We only had one problem and that was the bottom ( smaller oven) did not work. The only thing I would recommend would be to have a buffet in the dining room because counter space is limited.
